• How long do wedding dresses take to come in after they are ordered?
It takes approximately four to six months for a dress to arrive, so please take that into consideration when scheduling your appointment. Once the dress arrives, you want to allow two to three months for alterations. We ideally recommend beginning the wedding dress shopping process nine months to one year prior to your wedding date so you can avoid rush fees and enjoy the experience! If you are unsure if you will be able to order a gown through our store due to a shorter engagement, we invite you to give us a call, so we can talk through some of our various rush-shipping options in more detail.
• What size wedding dress samples to you have in store?
We have samples in a wide variety of sizes in store, we carry dresses up to size 30.
• Can I buy a wedding dress off the rack?
Yes, any dress can be purchased off the rack. Discounts on off the rack dresses depend on if the dress is still available to order or how long it has been in store. Discontinued dresses are generally 40-85% off, other dresses are sold off the rack for 10-25% off.
• Should I wear specific undergarments?
We recommend bringing a strapless bra, which will allow you to better view the intended neckline of a gown. We will have robes available to you in the fitting rooms, so you can feel covered and comfortable in between trying on dresses. Underwear is required to try on all gowns in store.
• What should I bring with me to my appointment?
We know that shopping for a wedding gown is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and finding “the one” should be a special, memorable moment, shared with your closest family and friends. Most of our brides have success bringing anywhere from one to four guests to accompany them on their search, We ultimately want you to feel confident and gorgeous when you stand in front of the mirror in one of our gowns, because we think every woman should experience the pure joy of finding her dream dress with the people she loves by her side to forever share in her special moment.
• What is the price range of the dresses at your store?
Our wedding dresses range from $800 to $1800. Closeout gowns are $199-$799
Your stylist will work closely with you to ensure you are comfortable with the price range of gowns selected.
• How long will my appointment last?
Each bridal appointment is 90 minutes long. This allows you enough time to browse through our wedding dresses with your stylist, try-on gowns, narrow down your selection and make an educated decision on which dress is “the one.” We never want you to feel rushed, which is why we’ve allocated a full hour and a half for your appointment.
• Do I need to have an appointment to try on wedding dresses?
Yes, we prefer that you make an appointment so we can ensure one of our bridal stylists is available to assist you. An appointment will also guarantee you a private fitting room and seating for your guests. • Do I have to have an appointment for Bridesmaid dresses?
We recommend appointments for bridesmaid dresses for the same reason as gowns. To ensure a stylist is available to assist you and that there is a fitting room available. For large bridal parties, multiple rooms may be needed.
• When do I need to order my bridesmaid dresses?
Bridesmaid dress take about 4 months to arrive once they are ordered. We recommend ordering at least 6 months before the wedding to allow for delivery and alteration. If you have a shorter lead time ask about our rush ship options.
